Identity Verification (KYC)

Deposit Limits

• Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes

Fraud Prevention

Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at 555ee, you will receive a 120% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• A deposit of ৳26,000 or more receives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳41,000

Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per user.
• The bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, from the same household, or from the same IP address.
• Withdrawal is not possible until the wagering requirement on the bonus balance has been met.
• Specific promotions may have their own additional terms; in such cases, those terms will take precedence.
• 555ee reserves the right to cancel any bonus on suspicion of fraud.
• The validity period of a bonus will be specified in the terms of each offer.

VIP Program

555ee's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's overall account activity. Cashback benefits are provided on a weekly basis and specific terms may apply.

555ee offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as live casino games. The following betting rules apply to all users.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, 555ee reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake of that bet will be refunded.
• In unforeseen circumstances such as wildfires or technical outages, settlement of bets may be delayed.
